Explain the whole development first
A community presentation needs to show how its parts fit together. Give the buyer a route from the wider area to the relevant building, then down to the floor and unit.
- The project location and surrounding roads.
- Buildings and their positions within the development.
- Amenities and points of interest from the project information.
- Connections to floor, unit and apartment views.
Build from the project masterplan
We use the supplied masterplan, building models and supporting project information to define what the presentation shows. The same sources establish the context for views from individual buildings.
Existing surroundings, approved planned buildings and areas without confirmed plans need to be distinguished. A 3D presentation is based on the sources and scope agreed for that project; it cannot guarantee that future planning decisions will remain unchanged.
Use it throughout the sales conversation
Open the project during a presentation, explore it with a buyer remotely, or share a link for a follow-up. Required screens, touch interaction and inventory connections are checked as part of the implementation scope.
Send the masterplan and available building files to start a walkthrough of the approach. The public Vibe project shows the route from an area view to the building and units.
