What determines the view
The view starts with the position of the apartment and its windows. Building geometry, floor height, orientation and the surrounding model determine what appears beyond the interior.
- Unit and window positions from the project drawings.
- Floor and orientation in the building model.
- Surroundings from the project and location information available for the work.
- Known planned development from the relevant approved masterplan.
Make the sources and assumptions clear
The floor plan and masterplan give the buyer context for checking a presentation. Where surrounding development has not been confirmed, the view should identify that uncertainty instead of depicting an invented park or an unobstructed future view.
A rendered view is a representation based on the available information. Planned buildings, landscaping and other future conditions may change. We agree the sources, level of detail and assumptions for each project.
Connect the view to unit selection
Show the buyer which apartment and orientation a tour represents. The sales team can then discuss the layout and outlook together, using the same project presentation.
Explore a live project or contact us with the building model, floor plans and masterplan. We can review the intended presentation and identify the information needed for its window views.
